The forest is only 100 m away for you to explore the nature. If you wish to try some local delicacies walk to the nearest restaurants in 1000 m. You can run up to the supermarket close by, 7 km away. The lake is only 15 km away. A shared garden with garden furniture is where you can enjoy an evening tea with your family. You can experiment your culinary skills with barbecue in place. Central heating and fireplace will help you stay cozy inside. A table tennis table is provided for recreational purposes. 2 pets are allowed in the property at a time. The guests can check-in between 5-8 PM and check out by 9 -10 AM. The house is surrounded by lawn and it is peacefully situated with only a few farms in sight. Nevertheless, the nearest village with a grocery store, café/restaurant, a bakery and a butcher is within walking distance. CASA PERÁS is characterised by detailed and careful decoration; everything has been thought of! On the ground floor is a lounge with fireplace and a large flat screen and a bedroom.
