The amazing mansion with a shared swimming pool is in Montmajor. Ideal for families, this stay has 5 bedrooms and can host up to 12 guests. The forest is only 100 m away for you to explore the nature. If you wish to try some local delicacies walk to the nearest restaurants in 1000 m. You can run up to the supermarket close by, 7 km away. The lake is only 15 km away. A shared garden with garden furniture is where you can enjoy an evening tea with your family. You can experiment your culinary skills with barbecue in place. Central heating and fireplace will help you stay cozy inside. A table tennis table is provided for recreational purposes. 2 pets are allowed in the property at a time. The guests can check-in between 5-8 PM and check out by 9 -10 AM. Beach towels are not included For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house...

CAL PAIROT- is an old farmhouse totally restored, with all the comforts and with CLIMATIZED POOL (to guarantee a bath in the cold months). The house is rented entirely and there is no space shared with other groups. Apart from the management of the CAL PAIROT rural house, our main activity is the elaboration of artisan sausages, and we have our own store-supermarket in the village of Montmajor (300 meters from the house). On the day of entering the house, we give them an assortment of sausages so they can taste them....

CASA PERÁS is a very nicely designed and totally renovated country house, situated in the heart of the agricultural Catalonia. The house is surrounded by lawn and it is peacefully situated with only a few farms in sight. Nevertheless, the nearest village with a grocery store, café/restaurant, a bakery and a butcher is within walking distance. CASA PERÁS is characterised by detailed and careful decoration; everything has been thought of! On the ground floor is a lounge with fireplace and a large flat screen and a bedroom. On the second floor is 4 rooms and a huge open kitchen/dining area. The outdoor area is well used with the swimming pool and beach beds in one side of the garden and with the covered terrace, excellent on hot Catalan summer days, at the other. Additionally, the BBQ and the outdoor kitchen provide you with perfect conditions for outside cooking and dining. From the garden of CASA PERÁS, there is a nice view over the fields and on the other side, the Pyrenees rise in the horizon.
