If you feel like walking, you can reach Cala Andragó in 10 minutes and Cala Cap Blanc in 15 minutes. Just a 3-minute drive away is "Les Platgetes," charming sandy beaches where you can enjoy seaside restaurants. Very close to the house, you will find small shops, numerous restaurants, and a shopping center. This chalet is very practical and accessible as all rooms are distributed on a single floor, with no stairs. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. The living room and the master bedroom have air conditioning, and the other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen has been recently renovated. Both the house and the garden are very well-maintained, and all furnishings were updated in 2022.
