Our property, Sa Caseta, is situated in a very quiet natural environment, just 2 km from Moscari, 3 km from Campanet, and 5 km from Inca. It offers wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountain range. The house is approximately 50 square meters and is adults-only, accommodating 2 people. It features 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed. It also includes a large swimming pool and barbecue area exclusively for guests. It's important to note that the owners live in the adjacent house, just a few meters away from the property. There are 2 dogs on the estate belonging to the owners; they pose no danger to guests. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. In the nearby towns, you can find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and banks. Tourist tax is payable on the day of arrival (€2 per person per night). Parties or events are not permitted....

The exterior area is very beautiful and well cared, full of joy. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 3 metres and the depth goes from 1.5 to 1.8 metres.
