This Self Catering Villa has a fabulous community pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 6 persons at a low budget and affordable price. This holiday Villa is within 600 metres from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches that Nerja has on offer. The property now has FREE 60 MB fibre internet connection The property is situated on the peaceful urbanization of Punta Lara, approximately 2km west of Nerja. It is only 10 minutes walk from the beach, has 3 bars/restaurants that cater for the whole family within 200 meters and a communal pool (only accessable to residents adults and childrens) which also has an infant pool monitored by a qualified lifeguard when open between May and September. This is a typical Spanish house comprising two twin bedrooms, one large bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
