The Golf Villa El Portil in Nuevo Portil was beautifully remodeled by us in October 2015 and has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a large, high quality furnished living-dining area with fireplace, a high-quality ambience, a covered exterior dining area with 8 chairs, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and gas flame, an outdoor lounge for 8-10 people, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer cabinet, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine), each bedroom has reversible air conditioning. On the ground floor of the main house is the large master bedroom, a bathroom en suite with bath-shower-bath, toilet and double washbasin, the kitchen, the laundry room with washing machine, the living-dining area and an additional guest toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with double bed and also a bathroom en suite with toilet, bath-shower, double vanity. From the bedroom on the upper floor takes you to the large roof terrace (south west orientation). About the Andalusian Patio (courtyard) you enter the tastefully furnished guesthouse with 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed, a room with 2 single beds) and a shower room with toilet and double vanity. Inside, you’ll have Wi-Fi and a comfortable, well-cared-for space. We put a lot of attention into the details so you can properly switch off and enjoy your holiday. Ground Floor There are three bedrooms on the ground floor; one bedroom with twin beds and the front bedroom with three single beds and the Guest Wing with a Queen bed, a single bed and an ensuite bathroom.
