Situated in Olvera, Cadiz Andalucia. This double fronted end of terrace property is set up from the road entered either by a few steps or at the other end the row by a ramp. On entering the house you have an open plan lounge and dining area, where there is a sofa bed and reading area with books, magazines and a Tv and Dvd in case you want a night in! We also have local information for you to look at and decide how you will spend your holiday and what activities are on offer in the local area. Up a step to the hallway that leads to the private patio, there is a fully fitted kitchen and downstairs the shower room is perfectly situated for the sofa bed if required for extra guests. Up the original stairs leads you to the master bedroom, which has a fantastic high ceiling. From the bedroom you have a full en-suite bathroom. The outside space is private and perfect for dining, sunbathing and of course you have the fabulous Lemon Tree to sit under or pick for a cool G&t! This house is perfectly equipped for holiday use; if you wish to stay longer than two weeks please give as much notice as possible.
