The house is built on 2 levels, only the main level is rented out. The lower apartment is not occupied during rentals. From the Naya (covered terrace) or the edge of the private swimming pool (4x8m), you have an outstanding view over the valley of Orba (with lemon, orange, almond, olive trees) and the Mediterranean sea in the background.
