The next sandy beach in Torrox Costa is about 10 - 15 minutes away, the village Torrox about 5 minutes. The extremely well-kept house and the spacious pool area are surrounded by avocado plantations; the Spanish owners of the holiday home also grow them here themselves. From your property and the two terraces you have an incomparable sea view and a very beautiful panorama into the wonderful, southern Spanish mountain world. The house is about 10 minutes drive from Torrox village, and about 18 minutes drive from the beach. Access is suitable for any tourism and the last 300 meters is a dirt lane.
