The garden is fully enclosed and is private and very secure. There is a swimming pool (8x4m) for the sole use of guests and a shaded area is provided to escape the heat of the hot summer sun. Within a 5 minute walk you will find the nearest Venta (bar/restaurant), Casa Blas, where you will always get a welcome reception. This is the busiest Venta in the area although the Florentina, which is approximately 1 kilometre away is also worth a visit. There is a small shop next to Casa Blas which sells basic requirements and is open late in the evening. A Pharmacy is a further 2 minutes walk away. There are 3 double bedrooms (extra bed available), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining area with open fireplace and air conditioning. Outside there are 3 terraces, outdoor kitchen (with fridge and freezer, gas stove, gas grill, sink), sun terrace with sun loungers, private pool (8 x 4 m), Finnish sauna with wood stove. The plot is 6000 square meters with many Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. On the same property there are 2 other houses, both are far away, privacy is guaranteed.
