An electric iron gate allows access to the 1200 m2 enclosed property. The driveway leads you up to the house: Behind the house there are 2 shaded parking spaces for your vehicles. A side gate takes you to the actual house and pool area.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED You will find below a large covered terrace, the refreshing pool, the barbecue area and next to it an unusual, small rocky world, which gives you the complete privacy to the road: you need not fear prying eyes or annoying, passing cars. In the spacious house you will find on the first floor a cozy living room with TV and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a very large dining area, a sheltered, glazed terrace with stunning views, and a half flight downstairs 3 comfortable double bedrooms, all newly air conditioned, 2 modern shower rooms and an additional separate toilet.
