This beautiful property is located in a quiet settlement of individual family homes of high standards on large plots, easily accessible, by the hillside with stunning views over the Bay of Roses, the Empordà plain to the Pyrenees. An electric iron gate allows access to the 1200 m2 enclosed property. The driveway leads you up to the house: Behind the house there are 2 shaded parking spaces for your vehicles. A side gate takes you to the actual house and pool area.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED You will find below a large covered terrace, the refreshing pool, the barbecue area and next to it an unusual, small rocky world, which gives you the complete privacy to the road: you need not fear prying eyes or annoying, passing cars. In the spacious house you will find on the first floor a cozy living room with TV and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, a very large dining area, a sheltered, glazed terrace with stunning views, and a half flight downstairs 3 comfortable double bedrooms, all newly air conditioned, 2 modern shower rooms and an additional separate toilet.
