The property is located at the end of the Tordera sector, so the mooring is in the main channel. In front of the garage you can park a car or leave a trailer. (The garage is not available to the tenant). As you enter the house you will find the kitchen on your right. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, a washing machine, city gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook. In the dining room you will find two sofas, two armchairs, a television (it only has Spanish channels), a table (extendable), chairs and air conditioning. The house has a total of four bedrooms and one of them is a suite. The first bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm bed (two 40 x 75 cm pillows), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a fan.
