Two double bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, can accommodate up to 4 people. Both bedrooms share a shower room. From the flat's 15 m² sun terrace, which is partially covered and therefore offers plenty of shade on hot summer days, you have a fantastic view of the open sea. The flat is accessible via a separate entrance, which can be reached via a few steps from the street. A small hallway leads directly into the open-plan living/dining area, the master bedroom and the bathroom. From the living area, you have access to the flat's sun terrace via a floor-to-ceiling sliding window door. A further bedroom is accessible from the living area. If you have a hire car, you can park it free of charge on the street above the complex. The nearby communal pool with adjoining restaurant is available for a refreshing dip, as are various other sun terraces and direct access to the sea (access via a ladder - for swimmers only).
