It has 55 m², it is the lower part of a house but it is independent and offers a lot of privacy. The exterior of the house has about 500 m2 surrounded by plants, flowers and fruit trees. The entire plot is for the exclusive use of guests and consists of 1 swimming pool with mountain views, 1 Jacuzzi and a terrace with tables, chairs, gas barbecue and a small garden with sun loungers. The apartment has one bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed and is separated from the living room by a curtain. In the living room there is a sofa bed for children (2), internet with wifi and a smart tv to access netflix, amazon prime and even encrypted Spanish channels. 1 large bathroom with a toilet, a hydromassage bathtub and a sink.
