The property, located on a hillside with incredible views over the Guadalhorce valley, is made up of the main house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and a separate 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom annex apartment. This amazing villa is situated only a 20 minute drive from Malaga Airport. With extensive facilities, including a family sized BBQ, sun beds for the pool and large trampoline which the children will love. It also offers high speed internet, a large LED TV and full air conditioning. The villa has it own private heated pool and is one of the few villas on the market that offers this luxury. The pool is fitted with a pool heat pump that raises the water temperature between 3 and 5 degrees more than it would normally be at that time of the year. The house is a 3 minute drive from the the lovely village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you'll need from supermarkets, banks and pharmacies to some great tapas bars and restaurants.
