Charming little house very bright newly remodeled with a large swimming pool shared with the other 10 houses, with swimming pool for children. 200 m from the beach and 300 m. the train car is not necessary. 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, lounge with satellite TV (French channels available) and bathroom with a large shower. Terrace and garden all around the house with charcoal barbecue. Patio lovely in the morning and evening, with garden furniture. courtyard where children can play safely. House very well located, very close to the promenade in Torremolinos. Los Álamos is a residential area very quiet and well communicated, good neighborliness. The proximity to the airport and the train allows not having to rent a vehicle. The center of Málaga is 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train, the airport is 15 minutes, the Torremolinos town center is 5 minutes. In the walk / los Álamos beach there are many bars, restaurants, and places to go out at night and activities throughout the day with music.
