Spread over 140m2 of construction, you will find three bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. Upon entering the property, you'll find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and a TV, connected to a fully equipped separate kitchen. Outdoors, next to the pool, there is furniture for relaxing, barbecuing, or taking a dip.
