The population mostly comes from Northern Europe. The beautiful and popular beaches of pebbles and sand and the marine and coastal natural park of Sierra Helada. Renovated 3 bedroom villa, with views to the mountains and Altea, is located in a quiet area of Albir, near Altea, within walking distance to the town center but please note there is a steep hill on the way back not pleasant to walk during hot hours in summer. 1 km from the beach. 500m from the entrance of the Sierra Helada park and its hiking trails. The house has an area of 220m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on a plot of 650m2 with a pool and a lush garden. It is made to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces with its many terraces, patios and 2 living rooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and an open kitchen, with panoramic windows with access to the garden. Also a large covered terrace and patio with a private pool. My villa is prepared for vacation rental for groups of 10-16 people. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard. The renting experience tells me that I am getting many satisfied families and friends, high occupancy rates, and everybody happy. I bought this villa for myself to live in while I am not renting it out: The villa is at possibly one of the best locations at the golden mile of Albir. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time, it's not only just about seeing the sea, the villa is integrated with the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads with a 200 metres walk to the entrance of the national natural park. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and picnic. The terrace integrates the 7 ft American pool table, table football, Ping Pong table and professional Darts, as well as the 2 Large Beer coolers next to the BBQ at the terrace.
