My villa is prepared for vacation rental for groups of 10-16 people. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, and keep this up to standard. It has impressive views, better than the photos, and during the evening when things quiet down we can even hear the sea. At the same time, it's not only just about seeing the sea, the villa is integrated with the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads with a 200 metres walk to the entrance of the national natural park. The villa is located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 metres from Albir centre, the supermarket and the shops so you don't need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and picnic.
