Duplex Roca del Mar 7 is a fantastic property for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor, located in Playa del Aguila in the south of Gran Canaria. It also has a shared swimming pool, in a complex with a lot of sun and very quiet. Holiday accommodation with 4 bedrooms, three with double bed and one with bunk bed. Two bedrooms are distributed in the main house, with air conditioning and the other two bedrooms are down a small staircase in the lower area (independent from the house, under the solarium) and do not have air conditioning (only fans) and are not recommended for the summer months (due to the excessive heat). Fully equipped kitchen, nice fixtures and fittings, and in a privilaged location; close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities.
