Modern studio apartment directly on the beach in San Agustín on the sunny south coast of Gran Canaria, the ideal place for a couples' holiday. This accommodation features a living area with a dining table, a kitchen, and a sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed. There is a separate bathroom with a shower. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and a parasol. The studio has an automatic shutter to close the panoramic windows to the terrace. Intermediate cleaning can only be arranged on Fridays or Saturdays. No parties/events/celebrations of any kind are permitted in our accommodations. A security deposit of €300.00 will be charged via a card hold. From May to October 2023, the adjacent property will be undergoing renovations.
