This holiday apartment is situted in a multi-storey building in a fairly new district. It is near Playa de Los Locos, a popular municipal beach in Torrevieja. The Spanish come on vacation here, so it has an authentic Spanish character. The property is just far enough from the beach promenade that you can enjoy peace and quiet at night. The building is next to a little church which has marble benches on either side, where you can sit and enjoy the views of the sea. Stairs or a ramp lead to your apartment on the raised ground floor, which provides 80m² of space and comprises two bedrooms, a cosy living and dining room, an open and fully-equipped kitchen and a daylight bathroom.
