Villa Hostalet is set in a spacious and enchanted garden and boasts country views. The villa provides air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms. The villa is split in three levels. The kitchen is a traditional one with wooden beamed ceilings. Off the kitchen is a shower room plus a utility room containing a pantry. The kitchen has views across the gardens to the pine forests and spectacular mountains and also access to the lounge and dining area, plus direct access out onto the covered terrace. Back into the entrance hall, directly ahead, double doors lead into the lounge/dining room. The lounge area has an open fireplace with beamed ceilings and access leading onto the large L shaped covered terrace. To the left of the entrance hall pass up a couple of steps to one level, then a couple more steps to the hallway of the first floor. To the left is the staircase taking you up to the second floor. Straight ahead there is a bathroom which is shared by two bedrooms on the right, the first of which is the master double bedroom with private balcony, the second a twin bedroom. Both have built in wardrobes and beamed ceilings plus magnificent views. Continuing up the staircase to the second floor where there are views from the landing over the golf course to the Monastery on the top of the Puig de Maria.
