The plot is fenced and it provides an absolute privacy. The house operates through solar heat and distributes its living spaces on a single floor. When you go in, there is a wide and functional kitchen/dining/lounge. Thus, you can watch the TV or chat a little, while you cook savoury dishes with a gas stove or in the oven, at the same time you set the table and take a delicious appetizer.
