I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Menorca Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
