If you are staying on colder days, there is a radiator. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Beautiful finca with a pool for 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Portocolom, just 3 km from the beach. The house is situated on a large plot of over 3,000 square meters with garden areas, a private pool, and a ping-pong table for younger guests. We access the house through a spacious covered terrace equipped with a lovely dining table and a chill-out area that connects us to the dining room and kitchen. The dining room is very large and filled with natural light thanks to its ample windows. It includes a sofa facing the television, a large dining table, and a decorative piano (it is not tuned). The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
