A luxurious apartment with a large terrace which has fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains (snow capped for about 6 months of the year). The Almerimar Golf Clubhouse is directly opposite. A brilliant swimming pool in sunshine all day is within minutes. Centrally placed between the marina and golf course. The marina houses a host of bars and restaurants with many varied cuisines. A superb supermarket is just 2 minutes away and two unspoilt beaches are just 5 minutes walk away. This apartment is great for a relaxing holiday with everything close at hand. Almerimar is a lovely resort where everyone is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is in the superb Porto Fino residence which has been built to a very high standard and is in keeping with the style of the surroundings. When you walk into the apartment you will be amazed by the marble floors and quality of the furniture and fittings. Everything you need is provided. Wifi is included free and this is capable of streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (Amazon firestick, Google chrome cast or similar required) There is an electric meter installed to control electricity costs. A fair allowance for electricity is included in the rental price. If you need to top up the meter you can buy extra cards for the meter from our agent (very rarely required)....

Sit on the balcony and lookout over the marina, pool and coastline. The sun shines on the balcony for most of the day creating a wonderful place for Al Fresco dining. Guest also have access to the large community pool and your car is kept cool in the secure underground garage. The apartment is air-conditioned providing hot or cold air making it a great place to stay all year round. Leave the apartment and within 2 minutes you are in the marina where you can find many restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and most importantly wine glasses! There is seating for four adults in the main living area, dining table and TV/DVD. The two bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and the master bedroom has a private balcony. Almerimar is a traditional authentic Spanish resort with a relaxed informal atmosphere. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the marina and the beach is serviced with sunbeds and showers. If you fancy a day away from the beach the city of Almeria is less than one hour away and historic Granada with the Alhambra Palace less than two hours away. Relax on the terrace with fantastic views of the Almerimar golf course and Sierra Nevada mountains. The golf course club house is directly opposite the apartment and within a few minutes walk. There is a huge range of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. They range from Spanish, British, Irish, Indian, Italian and more. Most bars serve a good range of tapas with their drinks. Some tapas are like meals in themselves! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. You will be sure to want to return after such a relaxing holiday! Free parking is included in a secure underground car park close to a lift with easy access to apartment. Free WIFI which is capable of streaming Netflix.
