This very nice apartment is located between the popular marina Puerto de la Duquesa and the picturesque small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa. From the apartment you have 15 meters to the pool area and about 50 meters down to the sea and the beautiful beach. No problem here to run down in the morning and have a morning swim! At the front of the apartment there is a small terrace with morning sun which is perfect to have a nice breakfast! The apartment also has a large west facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun from around 3 am and maybe have a barbecue in the evening at sunset. Inside, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace.
