The Villa is very spacious and finished to a high standard and has everything you need to have a perfect holiday. For older people or those with mobility needs the villa is on one level with ramps available. The location of this Villa is fabulous, everything is close yet the road is quiet and peaceful. It is just 3 minutes to walk to the Puerto Marina and the Beach,. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk at the top of the road, with all restaurants and amenities in the surrounding area. This is a great family Villa catering for young, elderly and disability/mobility needs. The villa is all on one level, it has air conditioning in all the rooms. This fabulous, spacious villa is just 2 minutes walk from sandy beaches and Puerto Marina at Benalmadena Costa. The villa is really comfortable and has everything you need for a wonderful, easy, relaxing holiday! I have a team to look after the villas should you have a problem. Car hire is not necessary. HOUSE LAYOUT: On the ground floor you will find a master bedroom (double bed), and three twin bedrooms. There are three full bathrooms (one is ensuite to a twin bedroom) and the master bedroom has a w/c. There is also the games room, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the games room. On the first floor is another master bedroom with superking bed. There is also a small living room with TV, a shower room, separate w/c and two roof terraces. CHILD SAFETY: The swimming pool is fenced from the rest of the garden.
