*** These villas have just been completely refurbished *** Villas Cassandra and Katrina enjoy an excellent position close to the beach and all amenities, yet they are situated in an upmarket, spacious and quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen. You are about 300 yards to the beach, so about 3 minutes walk. Enclosed by volcanic walled gardens, each private villa has the south-facing patio is well provided with garden furniture and sun loungers. The pool, which is both electrically and solar heated to maintain the water temperature, is of a very generous size and has Roman steps for easy entry. Our regular pool maintenance ensures the pool and sun terrace are kept clean and tidy. The accommodation consists of two spacious twin/double bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms, one en-suite. A comfortable lounge/dining area leads to double doors by the pool and patio opening up the villa so as to enjoy the weather and BBQ to the full. An open plan fully fitted electric kitchen completes the facilities. There is washing machine, iron and ironing board and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Satellite TV, and Wi-Fi are also provided.
