The unique location of "Casa Gofio" means you will be just a 1-minute walk from Playa Grande (150 m). The nearest bars, restaurants and cafes are no more than a 3-minute walk (50-300 m). The closest supermarket is a 2-minute walk (250) and Lanzarote Airport is just 12-minutes by car (10.6 km). No smoking in the interior of the house. Pets, parties or loud music are not allowed. The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private balcony. A shared outdoor area with a pool is also available for your use. Renovation work will take place near the property from April 1, 2025, to July 31, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand that the construction may lead to some disturbances, particularly noise. However, once completed, the adjacent common areas will be barrier-free, enhancing accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges. Free parking is available on the street. The Colina del Sol Apartment is comfortable, bright and very quiet. It is located in a complex with heated swimming pool, children's pool and a poolside restaurant, all with a fantastic sea view. Surrounded by many restaurants, bakeries, shops, 200 metres from the Biosfera shopping centre (the best shopping centre on the island), and very close to the beaches. It is a great choice for your holidays. You will not regret it. The flat consists of 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a living room with kitchen. It has wifi, flat tv and a terrace with garden. The terrace is very sunny and quiet to relax in private. I am always available to help my guests. Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of the island. The flat is situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, and has everything at hand so you don't need to use a car. Supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, shops, beauty salon, restaurants and more....
