It has spectacular views over the village of Pollença and the Tramuntana mountains just behind. It is a Mallorcan country house of traditional construction made of local stone, with a modern style. Inside there are white walls, terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings and magnificent lighting. It has a living room, dining room and kitchen on the same open plan. The living room has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan cooker. Double patio doors lead out to the terrace. With 3 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and stunning views, Can Colom can sleep up to 6 people. Inside, there is a lovely mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furniture, as well as many unique handmade wrought iron fittings. Can Colom is built on one floor. The tasteful kitchen is well equipped and features beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access to the covered terrace. It also has a nice wooden breakfast table and chairs.
