The house is built over 3 floors with a stunning view off Morocco and the El Estrecho Natural Park”, from nearly every room. Large glass doors lead from the living room and the kitchen to an amazing deck area which is topped with an infinity pool. Go for a hike or a run from the doorsteps into El Estrecho Natural Park, visit the nearby Getares beach or the fish market in the tradition fishing town, Algeciras. Do you enjoy water sport, it’s an ideal location near the Kiting and water sport mecca of Tarifa. The property is enclosed with a fence on three sides, and a wall to the south. An electric gate is facing the road to the north with access to the road, towards the north, on the third level. Level three has a double garage with room for one car, and an office (which is used for storage private items, and not a part of the rental). A central stairway and hallways access the two other floors, while an outside stairway takes you to the first level and the man door. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The very large Master bedroom(MB) has a stunning view towards the south and Morocco, as well as to the park to the west. A doublewide sliding door leads to a balcony in front of the room.
