It is a cozy accommodation in a country house surrounded by olive groves in the heart of Andalusia, near the town of Rute. It is 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport. The decoration is in a traditional Andalusian style with exposed beams, hydraulic floors and rustic Andalusian tiles. The apartment has stunning views of the mountains, the Sierras Subbéticas and one of the largest lakes in Andalusia, the Iznájar Reservoir. And on the ground floor, the living room has a sofa and a cozy corner with a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, mixer, refrigerator, etc. On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and terrace with hydromassage. The latter can be ordered regardless of the house. You can also book the use of a Jacuzzi with the owner (min. 24 hours before arrival!) and it will be set to the correct temperature. DESCRIPTION Located on the outskirts of the small village of Llanos de Don Juan, in Rute, Cordoba. Ideal for visiting the villages in the area such as Priego de Córdoba, Rute, Lucena, Iznajar, etc... or for trips to some of the most touristic cities in Andalusia such as Córdoba, Seville, Granada, Málaga, Antequera, Ronda, Úbeda, etc., all located between 1 hour and an hour and a half away. The wooden house of 2 floors and 62 m2 and 16 m2 of terrace has been made by the whole family, trying to take care of all the details to make it as pleasant and cosy as possible because when it is not rented we use it as a guest house. The cottage is next to the property where we live, although totally independent and is accessed by a mechanical sliding door, with which guests will have all the privacy they want. It has some closures that are lowered to make the plot of the cottage independent from our plot. It is built on a 205 m2 plot, with a large artificial grass garden where children can play without getting hurt. In this outdoor space we have a porch of wood and Arabic tiles of 50 m2 where we have a wood oven, barbecue, gas grill, bar, sink, along with a large tiled table with 6 seats. We also have a 5-seater jacuzzi, which you can hire optionally, so you can relax and let yourself go. Rural apartment situated in a typical Andalusian farmhouse, in the white town of Rute, province of Cordoba, Andalucia. This cosy, suite-like, rural apartment is decorated with the most typical Andalusian style, with wooden beams and hydraulic-slab floor, and from it you can enjoy some breathtaking views of the mountains and the Iznajar Reservoir, the biggest lake of Andalusia. The apartment can accommodate five people in the two bedrooms provided. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Moreover, you can ask for an extra bed, in case you need it. In this cosy apartment, you will also find a bathroom with whirlpool shower, and a fireplace-equipped dining-living room with a completely equipped galley corner. The living room is provided with AC, and the heating reaches every corner of the house. The apartment has private access to a patio and a barbecue area, while the remaining outside area, therefore including the swimming pool, is shared among the three apartments that are part of the farmhouse. The access is made possible through a 20 mt-long in good conditions....
