Every accent and every corner of this house invites you to relax. There are two cozy living rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and has direct access to the covered parking space for 3 cars. Perfect for taking groceries straight to the kitchen. You also have a second fridge in the back of the kitchen. The air-conditioned winter garden with a direct view of the pool and lava stone grill serves as a dining area. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom en suite. One of the bedrooms has only a small double bed, that's why the max.
