Modern 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with wifi & central AC & heat situated in the center of Sabinillas (a fishing village between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa). It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also ideal for golfers, as the main golf courses are just few minutes driving away. Walking distance to the beach and a large variety of restaurants & super-markets. Please no parties, no pets and no smokers. Guests will forfeit their deposit in full as an additional cleaning fee if there is a violation of the no parties, no smoking or no pet policy. Please treat our home as if it was your own, with respect. Many thanks. Spanish law requires us to obtain copies of the passports and ID's of all guests over 16 years old and register your information with the Guardia Civil online via their secure website within 24 hours of your check in. Please do not be offended when we ask for this information in advance as it is required by law.
