This apartment has the most amazing views and less than 3 miles drive to the nearest beach stretch. Away from the crowd, though very close to restaurants and shopping. The urbanization is situated in an uphill location, overlooking a great part of the coastal area near Marbella. Amazing views from both terraces! When you enter the property you find the living and kitchen area straight ahead and to the right. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace where your morning coffee is complemented with fantastic views. The terraces are facing directly south, consequently you will have sunshine throughout the entire day. The living area has a guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Going down the staircase from the entrance you find a guest bathroom in the corridor which gives access to both bedrooms.
