The stone house dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and is located in the village of San Nicolás de Tolentino, in the southwest of Gran Canaria. It is surrounded by nature, where you will only find two other neighbouring houses. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2000 and offers a total living area of 350 m². It is typical of Canarian architecture to place the bedrooms of a house around the inner courtyard, which is how this traditional house is divided. The holiday home has a balcony with views of the mountains, furnished with seating. On the ground floor there is an inner courtyard with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool.
