The stone house dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and is located in the village of San Nicolás de Tolentino, in the southwest of Gran Canaria. It is surrounded by nature, where you will only find two other neighbouring houses. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2000 and offers a total living area of 350 m². It is typical of Canarian architecture to place the bedrooms of a house around the inner courtyard, which is how this traditional house is divided. The holiday home has a balcony with views of the mountains, furnished with seating. On the ground floor there is an inner courtyard with a large terrace and a heated swimming pool. There is also a roof terrace with chairs and a charcoal barbecue. There are also several parking spaces in front of the house. The two-storey holiday home has a living room on the ground floor with a sitting area, satellite TV and a small dining table for communal meals. From there you have direct access to the terrace.
