Enjoy and live a unique experience staying in a small oasis in the historic center of Sanlú[hidden] house is very special, a unique space with lots of light, pool, garden and garage. The building is an old winery rehabilitated and converted into two houses in [hidden] the heart of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a few meters from the popular Plaza del Cabildo and a 15-minute walk from the beach. In the historic center, in the heart of Sanlúcar, the house is surrounded by all the tourist attractions, tapas bars, food markets, monuments and the good atmosphere of the local people. The house is in a wonderful old 18th century building, which was a family winery. It was rehabilitated in 2017, combining the traditional appearance of the construction with a modern and minimalist architectural style, to turn it into two unique houses: one house per floor. Our house occupies the ground floor, it is a loft type, with a modern design and very open spaces.
