The house is attached to another house that was part of the same estate but with total independence as it is accessed by another road and is separated by a fence. It has been totally reformed maintaining the typical Majorcan character but with all the comforts of a modern house, as all the furniture is up to date. On the ground floor there is a nice dining room in what used to be the cattle room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. On the upper floor of the house, which is accessed by a beautiful stone staircase, we find the 3 double bedrooms, which although they do not have air conditioning, are each equipped with an air conditioner, and two complete bathrooms.
