The house occupies a single floor, has a good equipment and a fresh and simple decoration which result make it a nice and relaxed home. The distribution of the rooms is very practical, entering the house we find a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, crossing the kitchen, on the left, there is a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is located between the bathroom and the living room, it is a double bedroom with a large and comfortable bed of 160 x 200 and finally the living room. It is a very bright room with exit to the outside, there is a double sofa bed of 140 and a comfortable armchair that converts into a single bed; above the living room there is a loft with a bed of 135 x 190. This room is ideal for younger guests. Outside there is a beautiful porch furnished with table and chairs, in front of the pool and next to it there is a chill out area, a perfect place to be outdoors enjoying the essential and simple things. The romantic Mediterranean Finca Vistasol is only less than a kilometer outside of Sant Joan with unspoilt uninterrupted sea village and close to the famous museum-manor Els Calderers. The lovingly renovated finca is situated on a 4000 sqm plot and has approximately 65 square meters enough space for up to four people.
