Villa Historica is located on a 180 000 m2 plot, close to San Miguel and about 5 min. from the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis. The famous beaches of Benirras and Port de Sant Miguel is only a few minutes drive away. The spacious main house is with wooden beams in the ceiling which provides a rustic atmosphere. The house consists of four bedrooms (all with double bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room with cozy fireplace, a lovely country kitchen with dining area, private pool and garden.
