When you enter the house, you arrive directly in the dining room. Then on your left you will find the first bedroom that has two single beds next to each other (90x200) and a door that opens onto a private toilet to this room. We have a small separate kitchen that has a dishwasher, microwave kettle, toaster, traditional coffee maker, ceramic hob, oven, freezer refrigerator. The second, it also has two single beds next to each other (90x200). There is a full bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. In the dining room there is a rectangular table with a capacity of 5 people, a vasselier, an armchair three places, three armchairs one place, a small wooden TV furniture, a flat-screen TV with a decoder (Spanish, German and 1 or 2 French chains). The covered terrace just in front of the entrance to the house, has a small rectangular table and 5 chairs. On the side of the house you have a small cagibi where you will find the washing machine. The property has a plot of 500m2 with a mooring available to tenants of 12.5 m. The garage is not available but you can park a car right in front of it. Pets are not accepted. Bed linen not included in the price, you have the possibility to rent it for 25 €/person (sheets + towels). Youth groups are not accepted....

It is located five minutes walk from the beach of Riells, next to the restaurants and bars, supermarket and souvenirs, and thirty minutes walk to the old town. You can also walk to the Natural Park of Montgrí and its enchanting forests. The accommodation is distributed on two floors, inside the house there is a living room with sofas and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has five bedrooms, one with a double bed, two bedrooms with a 90cm bed each and two with two single beds each. It has three bathrooms, one with shower and the other two with bathtub. All bedrooms and bathrooms come with bed linen and towels.
