A five to seven minute safe walk to lovely Sa Riera beach (uphill on way back) and 5 mins by car to delightful Begur, a pedestrianised architectural gem, with authentic bars, restaurants and specialist shops. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning which together with new mattresses and quality bed linen should ensure a good nights rest. An excellent house for a big family group who want a little privacy too. The space The hillside garden with abundant bougainvillea, many oleanders and cacti, magnolia, fig and lemon tree offers an attractive outlook from the terraces which run the entire width of the property on two levels. Due to the slope of the garden, however, it is not a play area. There is a covered dining area with a large table to seat 8-10 people comfortably and gas barbecue. Beautiful renovated villa with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 3 bathrooms. Living rooms open onto the garden, terrace, and private pool. Sea views from both inside and out. Air conditioning, heating, wood-burning stove, and Wi-Fi. A 4-minute drive from the center of Begur and Sa Riera beach. Pedestrian access to the beach (10 minutes via stairs). Very nicely decorated. Beautiful sea and pine forest views. Quiet. In 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the double beds can be separated into two single beds. If you haven't yet visited Begur, it's a charming village on the Costa Brava with magnificent beaches. Our house is called Las Alondras Begur (Las Alondras = The Larks = the name of my childhood home). Winter is the perfect time for hiking in stunning seaside or countryside scenery, and you'll be able to enjoy lunches on a sunny terrace under azure blue sky again and again! Ideal for 2 families The house is completely surrounded by nature that makes it an island of tranquillity and privacy next to the beach, an 10/15-minute walk from Sa Riera beach. With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms (1 En suite) and three bathrooms. Located 1.2 km from the beach of Sa Riera. At street level there is a parking platform for two or three cars. The villa is accessed by a ramp down and a flight of steps. Distributed on three levels, at ground level you will find kitchen and dining area, a large bright living with patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. Porch, barbeque and pool terrace. The pool area is spacious with ample seating and sunbeds. The terrace has areas to rest in the sun or shade and a barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. Up some more stairs There is a one double bedroom with an En-suite shower room, and a second bedroom. The second bathroom on this floor can be accessed from the bedroom or through the hallway. Some more steps from the living room down leads to the third and fourth bedrooms that share a bathroom....
