Facing south, the villa has direct access to the main street of Tamariu, which gives a flexibility in the mobility. The house has a private pool and a covered and independent barbecue. The villa is distributed on two floors and a half: At the entrance there is a hall that separates 2 levels. Going up a few steps we find ourselves on the top floor. On the right hand side there is a garage for one car and on the left hand side - a bedroom with a single bed, a small sofa, a desk and a separate space with a double bed and access to the balcony. On the same floor, there is also a big studio with a double bed, 2 single beds, a desk and an access to a terrace. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have air conditioning. Going down the stairs from the main entrance on the left hand side we find 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 and one bunkbed 90x200) that share a bathroom with shower, and on the right hand side - the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room.
