Fantastic house in the Plaza de Doña Elvira, considered the most beautiful in Seville, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral, in the Historic Barrio de Santa Cruz. It is a whole house, with garden and private pool. Its facade overlooks the Plaza de Doña Elvira, 2 minutes from the Royal Alcazares, in the historic center of the city. Despite being surrounded by restaurants, bars, museums, inside is a haven of tranquility and peace, and its garden is paradise. The property is entered through an iron gate. You access the garden and pool, and then you reach the entrance door to the Casa Grande with its imposing staircase. We reach the first floor where the kitchen, the completely independent dining room and the large living room are located. Also here is the small room for one person with their bathroom with shower en suite. Decorated with antique furniture and beautiful ceilings and moldings. Then we go up the stairs to the second floor where there are three double bedrooms with their bathrooms and the small living room where the sofa or sofa bed is if necessary.
