On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, plus a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (featuring one double bed and one single bed). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary cooking utensils. The house has heating, a wood-burning stove, hot water, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (with single beds) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with a porch and barbecue. The pool is fenced and has a retractable cover; it is shared only with the rural house Can Cisquet, while all other amenities are completely independent. Between the regions of Osona and El Ripollès). It is an essentially rural municipality with forests of oaks, pines and beech. Built in the 17th century, the houses were restored 15 years ago. It retains all the charm of the past, and the comforts of the present. -Capacity for 7 or 8 people (3 rooms: two doubles and one for four people). We have a baby crib- -The ground floor consists of a kitchen-dining room-living room (in a single space), and a room with bathroom. -On the first floor we find two double rooms (all rooms have a bathroom). Outside, the house has a 1000 m2 garden with a pool and a porch. The pool is covered with a retractable roof to extend the pool season. The pool is shared with another rural house that we manage (Can Cisquet).
