On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, plus a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (featuring one double bed and one single bed). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all necessary cooking utensils. The house has heating, a wood-burning stove, hot water, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (with single beds) and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with a porch and barbecue. The pool is fenced and has a retractable cover; it is shared only with the rural house Can Cisquet, while all other amenities are completely independent.
