The villa Berg in Benissa has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A comfortable and quiet villa with all the comforts, located in a residential area and ideal for families. Distribution of the villa The villa has 120 m2 of living space and is distributed on a single floor. The first thing we find is a small glazed terrace with lots of natural light, an American fridge with two doors, and connected by an arch, we find the living room with a sofa, TV area and table for lunch and dinner, a bedroom with double bed of 135, a second bedroom with double bed (two single beds together), the third bedroom also has two single mattresses together. A complete bathroom with bathtub, a small but well equipped kitchen and centralized air conditioning throughout the house. From the entrance hall and newly built, we find a complete bathroom with shower and an access to the fourth bedroom, with double bed and large windows with access to the pool and terrace area.
