This Spanish-style holiday villa is situated on a sunny hillside on Ibiza's east coast, overlooking the town and beach of Cala Llonga. The place offers numerous restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities. The fine sandy beach offers everything you could want for a beach holiday. Place and beach are within 10 minutes walking distance. The house itself extends over three levels and consists of a street level entryway with a staircase leading to the central floor. From there you enter the living room, which leads to a covered terrace from which you can enjoy the breathtaking views over a meal or a cool drink. Other rooms on this floor are the fully equipped kitchen, which also opens onto the terrace, and the master bedroom with en-suite bath / shower plus another extra toilet. On the lower floor are two twin bedrooms, a shower room and a hallway that leads to a second covered terrace with connection to the pool area.
