Set within the secure gated complex of Las Terrazas de Costalita, benefiting from a private parking space in the underground garage that also has lift access (no struggling with heavy suitcases!). To allow you to enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine, the apartment has 3 large private terraces allowing all day sun and shade - a large front terrace accessed from the lounge or master bedroom (sun from first thing in the morning & overlooking the pool) and 2 large rear terraces, accessed from the kitchen (sun until late). We have a bright, south facing apartment on the Costalita Urbanization located on the New Golden Mile between San Pedro and Estepona, beach side from the village of Cancelada. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining area leading onto the terrace, a separate kitchen and a utility room. There is air conditioning. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is secure underground parking which is accessed by lift. There are marble floors throughout the apartment. We have a Wifi internet connection. Outside there is a large shared swimming pool (used only by the neighbouring apartments) which you can see from our terrace and the main bedroom. The second bedroom has views of rolling hills in the distance. Costalita has a reputation for being a very well-maintained development set in beautiful tropical gardens full of palm trees and flowering shrubs.
