This Luxury three bedroom apartment is located just one minute walk from the beach through a private, secured walkway. The apartment benefits from three communal pools.Main pool, shallower pool and toddlers pool all supervised by a life guard, during the summer months. Communal table tennis and exercise area with underwater pool views. Apartment has a very large private balcony. Dedicated underground,secure parking provided with direct access to apartment via elevator. The local village is Cancelada and accessed by a 5-10min walk. The village has restraints and bars but has kept its original Spanish character. The town of Estepona is 10mins drive to the west and Puerto Banus/Marbella 10 mins drive to the east....
