Located in Cala Blanca, an urbanization of private villas in the street Penya Ventosa, just 400 meters from the sea and only 1 KM from the beach Las Fuentes, as well as the natural park Serra Irta. The villa, which has a garden, garage and parking for 2 cars, and 3 terraces, is divided in 3 levels. On the lower floor , we have in the back of the house a nice and cool outdoor area with garden , terrace with dining table , and with a parasol for the hottest hours . Upon entering, on the right hand side there is a bright living room that gives access to one of the terraces, which has a large dining table as well as a sofa and armchairs to relax and contemplate the views. Next, a dining room open to the rest of the rooms of the house. And finally, the two bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as the bathroom with a bath. This is a brand new all exterior large 3BR/2BA villa located in one of the most beautiful locations in Spain. We just purchased this property this summer (2016) and absolutely everything is brand new and of excellent quality, from the light and bathroom fixtures to every single piece of furniture and decoration. The downstairs area features a very spacious living/dining room that opens to a large private backyard. Patio furniture includes table and 6 chairs so you can also enjoy your time/meals outside. The large eat-in kitchen (fully equipped with everything you will need) and a full bathroom with shower are also located in the downstairs area. The upstairs area features three large bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower over tub. As you can see from the pictures, the house has been furnished and decorated with exquisite taste. A really lovely villa located in the prestigious Marcolina urbanisation with outstanding sea and mountain views. Alcossbre has an extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes. Peniscola, with its walled old town and markets is about 25 minutes away. The Villa has a large swimming pool which is on the same level as the ground floor of the house. There are 4 bedrooms, two with their own bathrooms and two with a shared bathroom. The two double bedrooms on the first floor have AC The two twin bedrooms have fans. In addition there is a lounge, dining room and library. There is also a free wifi connection . The Villa is close to the Village but due to its elevated position are car is needed. Access to the Villa is via the drive with 12 steps or from the road with 48 steps. It is not suitable for people with a disability. Unfortunately due to previous problems we do not rent to gusts attending the Beniecassim festival....
